The direct answers.

Eight questions covering the essentials. For anything else, contact the team.

Who is the Bangui delegation for?+

For companies that invest, deliver, operate or structure — not for observers. The format commits to an operational decision after the mission. Four target profiles: industrials & operators, EPC & equipment suppliers, investors & funds, banks & transactional advisory.

What is the difference between the Geneva presentation and the Bangui delegation?+

The Geneva presentation (June 2026) is a public half-day by invitation, to understand the programme before applying. The Bangui delegation (Sept 2026) is the flagship: five days on site, limited cohort, State sessions + bilateral meetings + field visits.

What is the cost of participation?+

The cost is shared on request, after review of your application and qualification of your file. It includes the round-trip Addis Ababa ↔ Bangui flight, 5 nights accommodation, all transfers in Bangui, access to the official sessions, qualified meetings, as well as the restitution and action plan. The country of origin → Addis Ababa flight, visa and individual insurance are not included.

How many representatives per company?+

The base package covers 2 representatives. Additional representatives are possible as an add-on. A single room (vs double-occupancy base) is also available as an option.

How does the application selection unfold?+

You submit your application via the form (5 steps, 8 minutes). The team reads the file and qualifies the sector fit within 5 working days. A qualification interview of 30–45 min may follow. Formal response within 4 weeks: acceptance, waiting list, or alternative orientation.

Does the delegation give contract promises?+

No. The programme organises qualified meetings with the competent authorities according to the official agenda, but no promise of contract or licence is implied. The delegation allows you to understand priorities, meet counterparts, qualify files and prepare an action plan — not to sign on site.

In which languages does the mission run?+

Mainly French, English on request. Linguistic assistance is available on request for other languages. State sessions are in French — the official language of the Central African Republic.

What happens after the mission?+

Each company leaves with a written action plan: documentation, technical follow-up mission, calendar, possible mandate. The RCA-Connect team remains mobilised for the follow-up — this is the very purpose of the programme.
